STAGING:
Step 1: The Consultation
This step, the consultation, begins at $300. If you
continue using our services for step 2 (The Work) and step 3 (Showcasing)
the consultation fee may be credited towards additional service costs.
Step 2: The Work
This step starts at $850.
Step 3: The Showcasing
This step starts at $450. You will receive an exact
quote with your proposal. Remember, the cost of our services will always
be less then your first price reduction!!
MURALS & TROMPE L'OEIL:
The factors that determine the price are:
Wall dimension (special equipment needed?), level of detail, and time. A full single wall mural will cost anywhere between $750 & up. However there is no job too small. The minimum charge for any project is $100.
INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINTING:
The factors that determine the price are labor, materials, and location.
FAUX FINISHES:
This starts at $2.50 - $5.00 per square foot. Prices can change according to size and extra preparation time required, such as sanding and application of a primer.
