FAUX FINISHES

Faux is a French word meaning artificial. Faux finishes are specialty finishes that imitate natural materials. Specialty finishes are unique ways to apply coating either to imitate natural materials or to add variety in color, texture, or pattern.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINTING

We work with all paint supply companies. If you have a preference of one of the companies, please let us know. The quote you will receive will include all labor, paint and materials. There will be no extra charges unless there are changes made to the original requests.

We do it all Interior and Exterior painting for Residential and Commercial jobs. You will notice that we pay attention to all details and prepare each job correctly so the finished product is flawless.

MURALS

A mural is any piece of artwork painted directly on a wall, ceiling, or other large permanent surface. The styles can vary from abstract to trompe-l'oeil (a French term for "fool" or "trick the eye"). We can create any mural you would like for indoor and outdoor and we will work with you on the design.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We provide customers with additional services such as: Painting, Faux Painting, Murals, Furniture rental and so much more. Anything you need from the minute you think about listing your home for sale to the moment you walk in the door of your new home.

• De-cluttering: We will go through all your belongings with you and sort items into three piles: Keep/Store, Donate, and Sell.
• De-personalize: We need the potential buyer to walk into your house and to feel that they can imagine living here.
• Organizing: In order for your house to show well we need to organize it. An organized home has better energy and it seems more spacious. We will organize all your closets, cabinets, shelves and bookcases, garage and tool shed. We can also help you organize your home office and any other space you need help with. Once you have moved, our team can help you organize your new home.
• Painting, Faux finishes and murals: We are a licensed painting company. We will work directly with you and our team so you will save money.
• Fixing: If you are not a handyman, we will do all the fixing for you
• Packing: We can help you pack. Many of your belongings can be packed, marked and labeled before you sell your home. You will receive a list of all the boxes, there where abouts and contents so if you do need anything, you will be able to find it quite easily.
• Cleaning: Cleaning your house top to bottom is crucial when you are selling your house.
• Furniture Rental: We work with furniture rental companies. The reason for that is that every house is different and each house needs different furniture in different sizes, shapes and styles. We will match the best furniture style to go with your home. You will have the contract directly with the rental company, and we do not charge any fees or percentage on this service.
• Accessory Rental: Most accessory rentals we can provide to you for a nominal fee.
• Moving & Storage: Once your house has sold, we can help you with your move to your new home and/or to a storage facility.
• Fresh Air: It is crucial to clean and refresh your house from unpleasant odors. We will provide an air cleaning/purifying machine that will clean and purify your house air within 24 hours, leaving it with a fresh, crisp smell.
• Music: On open house day we will provide music to be played. Music connects the senses and it is very important to give a welcoming feeling to your prospective buyers. Remember that they are buying with their emotions.
• Curb Appeal: With the help of our gardeners we can create a very welcoming curb appeal to your prospective buyers that invites them into your home.
• De-stage: We will remove all the rented accessories form your house.
• Re-design: Once you have moved to your new home we can help you stage your space for living.
